I know what it's like to be held back by ill health. I've been there more than a few times and although it often felt overwhelming, I've learned so much through the challenges. For starters, our bodies are INCREDIBLE. They speak to us in symptoms and are constantly working for us. They were literally designed to heal! Second, true wellness is my passion. When we're exhausted, bloated, and in pain, it's next to impossible to do the things we love and be the people we want to be. That's why I'm here. I offer personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocols to help you live your healthiest and most purposeful life.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle. NTPs believe that many of modern society’s health problems result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition, toxic overload, and psychological stress. It's my goal as an NTP to play my part in reversing the trend of preventable poor health and supporting clients in living full, healthy lives!
What I look at:
From a holistic standpoint, the body is made up of a series of interconnected systems working separately and together, always affecting one another. This means that gut health affects brain function, sleep affects blood sugar levels, and stress affects everything! That's barely even scratching the surface. Some of the issues I work with include:
